My stay at the Grand Naniloa was quite an experience, but unfortunately, not a good one. The location is great, but the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed unhappy and the breakfast options were very disappointing. The room had a foul smell and the amenities were lacking, making my overall experience quite frustrating.
